Deposits & Payments

Deposit and/or payments are non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances deposits may be used as credit. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to book ANY pet sitting services.  

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

All scheduled private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time and are subject to a fee. Late cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If a late cancellation is made this deposit may not be applied towards future services 

Billing

Fifty percent deposit required to reserve service. Full payment due upon service rendered. Deposits are nonrefundable. Invoices will be sent via  email.

All services are subject to 8.875% NY Sales Tax which isn't included in prices listed in services.
